From the man who created Wordpress, Matt Mullenweg, comes Akismet. A spam blocker for your blog.

I haven’t tried this out yet, but I do plan to install this soon. My blog is only a week old, so don’t think the spammers have caught wind of my site yet. (KNOCK on wood)

But based on my excellent experience with Wordpress, I would guess that this is an invaluable tool.
