Apple launched their new line of iPods last night as expected. The main models are:
> the iPod Nano - now with widescreen video (and a weird shape)
> the iPod Classic - same as before but with more storage
> and the iPod Touch - the iPhone without that pesky phone bit

I have been putting off the purchase of an iMac in the hope that a new version will soon be released. At the moment, there are a bunch of rumours circulating that Apple will unveil some new hardware at their Worldwide Developers Conference in June.
Looks like a new version of the MacBook Pro is a certainty and that a new version of the iMac is a possibility. Man I hope it’s true. Can’t wait to get a new desktop.
In the meantime, here are some cool Mac display setups to check out.

The BBC is covering this story today about reports of battery problems with the MacBook and MacBook Pros. And seems like Apple has fully confirmed the issue.
Details of “swollen batteries” sounds a bit scary. I’ll be going home to check mine out for signs of swollenness : )
Identifying an affected battery
Affected batteries will have one or more of the following symptoms:
* Battery is not recognized causing an “X” to appear in the battery icon in the Finder menu bar.
