Canal Door

Ok, after a long time of not posting to my blog…I’m back.

To start things over, I’ve gone back to the most basic of designs.

Plan on sharing my latest photos from Flickr (like the Canal Door above) and updating the design along the way.

Here we go….

I’ve been redesigning Cherry Street over the past couple of months. My aim is to create a “better site”, which I’ll enjoy updating and my readers will enjoy visiting. Sounds simple, hard to implement!

Once the design is complete, I’ll be posting on a more regular basis. And the posts will (hopefully) be of a higher quality. Really want to focus on Web Design while still speaking about my other interests like gaming or general technology.

Anyway, here’s a tiny preview of the new design. Can you feel the excitement?

In the past couple of weeks, I’ve been thinking about redesigning Cherry Street. And, more importantly, thinking about why this site exists in the first place.

Here’s my dilemma; I don’t have the time to consistently update this site with long articles. I have a full time job working as a Web Designer. Then I go home to my family. That leaves very little time in the day to actually write about Web Design.
